Rapid Transformational Therapy or RTT, is a powerful tool designed to unlock and reprogramme our disempowering subconscious beliefs.

Our past experiences have helped us form an entire ecosystem of beliefs and thought patterns. Some of these translate into behaviours that make life fulfilling and happy, and we witness these through our personal habits and relationships with others.

Other long held beliefs and thought patterns can play out as sabotaging behaviours that are unhelpful at best, destructive at worst, and often leave us feeling deflated, anxious, frustrated and disappointed in ourselves. They can place a heavy burden on our relationships, and constantly keep us feeling small and stuck in the unsatisfying status quo.

And yet, despite our best intentions, our previous attempts to identify the root cause and change our behaviour hasn’t worked.

RTT is a highly effective way to help identify why we do what we do. This is the critical first step in reprogramming those unhelpful, outdated beliefs, and making positive and sustainable change.

I help clients overcome depression and anxiety as well as other life limiting issues from lack of confidence and self-esteem to phobias and pain management.

Hijacking our beliefs that no longer serve us and creating a path to true empowerment, is the very least we can do to live this one wild, and precious life.

Our mind is a powerful tool, with one goal – to keep us safe (note: safe doesn’t equal happy!) Hypnosis allows us to by-pass the conscious thought stream and access our unhelpful subconscious beliefs. Through the portal of hypnosis, we’re able to rewire the subconscious mind with a new, more positive and empowering belief system.

Often only one to two sessions is all that’s required for each area you wish to address. It does depend on the issue and complexity.

Each session is roughly between 90-120 minutes depending on the nature.

Sessions take place either via Zoom or in person in Sydney. Online sessions are just as effective as face to face, and can be conducted in the privacy and comfort of your own home.

Each session is $490 AUD which 90 min session and a personalised recording for you to listen to for 30 days following our session.

Like most things, it requires a degree of commitment from you. Whilst the session is powerful and will help you to identify and release your limiting beliefs, studies have shown that it takes roughly 21 days for a belief to become a habit.

Your session is only 50%. For us to ensure your change has longevity, we strongly encourage you to listen to your recording before going to bed each night for the next month. Recordings are only 10-15min and if you ask my husband, he’ll tell you my voice is enough to put anyone to sleep!

You are in control 100% of the time. When you see people on stage acting out outrageously embarrassing stunts, it’s because they have a deep desire to play that out on stage. I can’t make you do anything you don’t want to do while you’re in hypnosis.

Another common myth.  If I walked out of the room while you were in hypnosis you would either open your eyes or fall asleep.
