redefining our story, one conscious choice at a time

Two mutually exclusive yet equally powerful techniques; Rapid Transformational Therapy and Vedic Meditation are services offered at Epiphany.

a little about me

I spent 20 years heading up media and corporate affairs for a number of organisations both in the private and public sector. Whilst my success and salary reached an all time high, my health and happiness were suffering.

I realised I had pursued this career based on how it looked, rather than how it felt. This led me to explore different modalities to help manage the anxiety and stress.

Having learnt Vedic Meditation over a decade ago, and experiencing firsthand the profound effect it had, I went on to study both in Australia and India to become a Vedic Meditation teacher.

I studied Science at WSU (Sydney), and am a qualified hypnotherapist. I was personally trained as a Rapid Transformational Therapist (RTT) under the acclaimed Marisa Peer, voted as Britain’s top therapist. RTT brings together Hypnotherapy, NLP, Psychotherapy & Cognitive Behavioral Therapies.

I have Executive Membership of the IICT (International Institute for Complementary Therapists).

I practice from a private clinic in Sydney, Australia and consult worldwide via zoom.

my philosophy

I honour simplicity. We needn’t concern ourselves with creating an overly arduous process. Let’s dispel the myth that things have to be highly complex to be effective.

Don’t take it personally, but I make it personal. My intention is to create a completely individualised experience. It’s an opportunity for us to get to the root cause of what’s holding you back, and work together to achieve your desired outcome.

I keep it real, heart-centered and truthful. We can’t change what we don’t acknowledge. It’s not for the faint hearted, it’s for people who are ready to embrace a more empowered position in their life.

Teamwork makes the dream work. No therapy is effective without our combined commitment. My priority is to facilitate change and guide you through the transition. Importantly though, it will require your willingness to engage in the process – both during and after our session together.
